Boredom is an ugly beast, so heavy that just rolling in a huge donut could make it less boring. Perhaps.
But what is boredom? And how do you defeat it? Maybe changing position every second, or dressing in a funny way, or making everything really messy. Or is boredom precisely everything that is different and unexpected and everything that is in disorder? Does boredom resemble a bad amusement park or carrots left on the plate? Is boredom just boredom or even a little fun? And if it's neither boredom nor fun then what is it?
But then who invented this boredom? And why did he do it?... Was he bored?
